Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze nursing diagnoses given to patients who are undergoing cerebral function disorder.
The cases study were 76 taken by nursing Students of R.Junior College of Nursing put into the NICU Practicum for two weeks, from March to November, 1991.
@ES The results are as follows:
@EN 1. The total number of nursing diagnoses applied to 76 cases undergone cerebral function disorder, is 274.
2. The rate of revealed in etiology of diagnoses was that Self-Care Deficits related to immobility 76 cases (27.7%), High Risk for Impaired Skin Integrity related to immobility 64 cases (23.4%), Altered Cerebral Tissue Perfusion related to
increased
intracranial pressure 45 cases (16.4%), High Risk for Infection related to intubation 29 cases (10.6%), and Ineffective Breathing Patterns related to accumulated secretion 18 cases (6.5%).
